After a late start switching the boat over into Laker mode, we covered some water looking for a good screen but the fish seemed to be scattered. After some searching we found a small area that was producing fish and were able to go 10/14 on Lake Trout before calling it a day. Fish averaged in the 6-12 lbs range. It was a great day to be on the water and knock the rust off of the Lake Trout program with friends.

<![CDATA[Fishing Report - 8/12/16]]>Fri, 12 Aug 2016 04:00:00 GMThttp://outcastfishingcharte.ipage.com/fishing-reports/fishing-report-81216We rounded the point with Graham, Mike and Guy and made a left turn into rough seas, which have seemed to be the norm lately. We sawed our way through the waves until we couldn’t take it anymore and turned her around setting up for an all day, one way slide. We managed to boat 10 Walleye and sent back another 5 short eyes before we made it to the point and called it early due to the steady 6 foot waves and building seas.
