Program consisted of Bagleys off of the boards trolled at 2.4 - 2.6. Best Colors: black/silver; blue/silver
For our last pre-fishing/scouting trip for the Walleye Challenge, Ron and I fished east of the point on a short morning trip. Headed out at 7 and were back in by 11:am with 4 nice walleye. Bagley's and Reef runners off of the boards was the program.
Ran way west with Ron on another scouting trip for the Walleye Challenge. We managed to boat 13 walleyes in the 6.5 to 8 lb range. Bagley's off of the boards were the bait of choice. Best colors- Bagley's in blue/silver & black silver
Decided to head out for a short evening trip, on a rough lake, to do some scouting for the EPSFA - Walleye Challenge. Fished east of the point. Despite the 3 - 4 ' waves from the N / NE we boated 5 nice walleyes. Reef Runner 800's off of the boards was the bait of choice.
Fished a short evening trip with Ron from the condos to the point. The lake was flat and we boated 4 nice walleyes before a storm forced us back to the marina. Bagley's off of the boards brought the fish over the stern.
